What defines us
We have a different idea of cooperation and partnership than most companies — and that shapes how we think and act. Towards our staff we are fair and modern. We do not just say so, we create the conditions for it.
When it matters, we are there — and in exactly the way we said we would be. What lies behind that attitude is set out here.
We have a different idea of cooperation and partnership than most companies — and that shapes how we think and act. Towards our staff we are fair and modern. We do not just say so, we create the conditions for it.
Twelve-hour working days are, in our view, neither a solution nor a reasonable work-life balance. People who come to work rested and in good spirits are more productive — and our customers notice. That is why our staff receive an additional day off every second week. Our goal remains the four-day week.
Our children will live in the world we leave them. In our data centres and at our offices we use green electricity. To reduce energy consumption further, we renew our server systems regularly — newer technology means better efficiency.
Those who look to the future positively are more successful. We analyse your IT needs and cover them with our support offerings. The longer we work together, the better we understand you — and the more precisely we can respond to what you need.
Our hosting and housing solutions rest on a genuinely local foundation. We operate our own hardware in regional data centres run by local providers. That supports local jobs and strengthens the regional economy.
We do not believe every marketing slogan from the internet giants; we first look at what strategic purpose lies behind it. Only after careful consideration do we decide whether something is useful — or whether it is merely another road into dependency.
For every product we deploy, we define sensible baseline settings that we stick to. That makes our work easier and gives you faster response times and defaults that actually make sense.
Learn from the past, improve in the present, adapt for the future. The IT landscape changes constantly; we have to respond to positive and negative trends alike and cut through the noise of technology on your behalf. That is precisely why we developed the support contract.
