MDR — Managed Detection and Response
MDR refers to technologies and services that detect cyber threats in real time, respond to them, clean them up and prevent a repeat attack.
Advanced analysis tools from IT forensics are combined with expert knowledge to identify and investigate security incidents. Through continuous monitoring, a SOC team of more than 600 people responds proactively to threats in your organisation. Weekly briefings keep you informed about how the security situation has changed; regular reports keep you up to date on the state of your own IT security.
MDR is currently the most comprehensive approach to IT security on the market and goes well beyond classic protective measures.

Mail server and archiving
Microsoft 365 and Exchange have long since stopped being the benchmark for flexibility, security or sensible handling of data. With MDaemon and MailStore we offer two stable alternatives whose feature set leaves nothing to be desired.
You save storage and cost and can do without expensive „Exchange-capable“ backup licences. ActiveSync, malware filtering, web services — it is all there, and more flexible than you might think. For administrators, days-long migrations and complicated restores are a thing of the past. Hosted, SaaS, MSP or on-premise: you decide.

For everyone else: this chain of response cannot be built once the emergency has started.
It has to be in place beforehand — MDR is not a policy you take out later.
